Her fitness app, Body by Blogilates, provides hundreds of free full-length workout videos and fun challenges to help people get into the best shape of their lives, mentally and physically. And as the CEO and Head Designer of a gorgeous collection of activewear and gym gear called PopFlex Active, she’s hit the jackpot of everyone’s merchandising dreams – as of December 2020, her Blogilates line is in Targets nationwide!

Cassey has truly built her business from the ground up. As a child of Vietnamese immigrants who did not grow up naturally lean and fit, she has beat so many odds and overcame so many obstacles to become one of the top fitness instructors out there with a thriving and diversified business.
