Episode 88: Gratitude Takes Effort - Here's How We Do It
Listen on: Spotify, Apple Podcast, Google Play, Google Podcasts, Overcast, Pocket Casts, Stitcher, Castbox, Breaker, RadioPublic, TuneIn, & Castbox
One can argue that gratitude is the most powerful of human emotions. There have been studies that show that the benefits of practicing gratitude include: improved physical health, better sleep, greater happiness, more self-esteem, stronger relationships, greater resilience, less anxiety, reduced symptoms of depression, and so much more. Practicing gratitude not only helps you to feel more grounded and peaceful, but it also improves your ability to share that love with others. To give back. To say thank you. And to re-commit to your inner values.
However, gratitude doesnโt come easy for most of us. The fact is, weโre built for survival, not happiness, and therefore, gratitude takes effort. Join us as we practice a gratitude exercise together, and share ways we implement it in each of our lives.
Leave a comment below about something you are grateful for :)
